Orders shipped to locations outside Ireland & EU may be subject to local taxes, and/or customs charges. Please check these in your own country prior to placing your order.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. Then simply return the item to us in the condition in which it was delivered, within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Please include a copy of the order despatch note, reason for the return and an indication of your wish to receive a refund or an exchange.
All carriage costs incurred with exchange or refund goods are at the customers expense.
Returns after fourteen days will be considered at the discretion of the Company. A refund will not be considered in such instances.
